The experience is grounded in the food and service that define Cozinha das Flores, but lunch allows us to work closely with the season. At times, this means building a menu around a small number of ingredients that arrive in limited quantities from local producers or appear only briefly during the year.

From there, the kitchen shapes an experience that moves between familiar anchors and new expressions. Some dishes echo elements of our classics. Others explore ingredients prepared with a gentle scent of smoke and a narrative inspired by the food traditions of northern Portugal.
