The wine program at Cozinha das Flores grew from friendship and a shared love of discovery. Long before the hotel opened, Ivo and Gabriel were already making wine together. Their collaboration is built on trust, curiosity, and a desire to share something personal with the guests who join us here.

The list focuses on Portuguese wines, with particular attention to the north. Over time, we have built relationships with small producers who work close to the land and bring integrity to their craft. Some follow tradition closely. Others explore new paths. All produce wines with character and intention.

The selection evolves continuously. Bottles are added when the moment feels right, often after a visit to a vineyard or a long conversation with a producer.
