At Cozinha das Flores, wine is more than a pairing. It is part of the conversation, part of the rhythm of the meal, and part of the identity of the kitchen. Our list was created to give space to small producers who work with integrity, patience, and a deep respect for their land. These are wines that reflect character rather than perfection. They carry the stories of native grape varieties, forgotten parcels, and makers who share our values of honesty and innovation.

The selection changes often. We do not follow fixed dates or rigid formats. Instead, we respond to the seasons, new releases, and what feels right alongside the food. Our goal is not to impress but to move — to offer wines that connect with the meal and with the moment. Some are bright and easy to drink, others a little more unexpected, but all are chosen with intention.

We look for wines that are soulful, humble and full of flavour. Wines that bring texture to the table and leave behind a memory. Each bottle offers a glimpse into a way of working and a place of origin, whether it comes from just down the road or slightly farther afield.
