Dinner at Cozinha das Flores
Food with Place and Purpose
Dinner at Cozinha das Flores is shaped by the landscapes and traditions of northern Portugal. The kitchen works closely with producers from across the region, sourcing ingredients with attention to seasonality, quality, and origin.
Many dishes pass through the wood fire, where skill and instinct guide the cooking. The result is food that feels rooted in tradition while remaining open to new expression. The menu changes frequently, responding to what is available and what feels true to the moment.
This is food that is personal and expressive. It is not about perfection but about flavor, feeling, and connection. Each dish reflects the people behind the ingredients and the region that surrounds us.

Nuno Mendes, F&B Creative Director
Deeply Rooted in Tradition
At Cozinha das Flores, food begins with care. It begins with the landscapes and traditions of northern Portugal and grows through the people who cook here, the ingredients we trust, and the memories that shape how we eat.
Bread is baked each morning. Viennoiseries are folded by hand. Ice creams, stocks, and preserves are made in-house with quiet attention to detail. There are no shortcuts to comfort, and nothing replaces the flavor of something made from scratch.
The menu follows the seasons but also responds to curiosity. A dish may come from something tasted on a journey or from a conversation shared around the table.
Our food is not about performance. It is about generosity, simplicity, and a sense of place that feels welcoming and alive.
