Objetivos, atividades e resultados esperados/atingidos

O presente projeto de investimento tem como principal objetivo a implementação de um boutique hotel de 5 estrelas na cidade do Porto, centrado no Turismo de Experiência, através de uma estratégia internacional disruptiva e intensa de inovação tecnológica.Tem como missão a criação de espaço para a autodescoberta e conduzir a uma trindade de importantes transformações, através de atividades como: alterar as perspetivas dos hóspedes, favorecer conexões significativas entre os hóspedes e a comunidade local, e promover o progresso da área envolvente.O empreendimento será dotado de um ambiente claramente intimista e exclusivo, com instalações luxuosas e uma decoração ímpar. Irá dispor de um restaurante gourmet de acesso ao público, além de outros serviços complementares, estando à disposição um conjunto de experiências de valor acrescentado.O empreendimento será visto como um organismo vivo que fará parte integrante da cidade, fortalecendo o seu património material e imaterial e contribuindo para tornar o Porto um destino turístico de excelência. A preservação do património e caráter intemporal do Porto constituem a pedra basilar do The Largo Hotel.

14. Within the scope of this website, the user can make a table reservation at the restaurant Cozinha das Flores, through the external application managed by Seven Rooms, whose privacy policy is available on its page.
15. By using the table reservation application, the holder of the personal data authorizes 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. to collect and process their personal data, under the terms foreseen in the GDPR and other legislation in force.

16. The user is responsible for the correct use of the table reservation application and for the accuracy of the data and the choices that the user makes while using the application.
17. The following chapter shall apply to the data processed as a result of the use of the table reservation application on this website.

V. Personal Data Protection

18. Within the scope of its activity, 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. processes personal data in order to enable the provision of restaurant services, ensuring its protection and processing in the terms defined by the applicable legislation, acting legally as the data controller of personal data.

19. The categories of personal data processed by 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. in the restaurant establishments are as follows:
a) Personal identification data: name and taxpayer number;
b) Personal contact details: telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address and address;

c) Personal data relating to the provision of the services: food and beverage preferences, food allergies and intolerances, dietary requirements, date and time of table reservation, credit card number;
d) Personal data related with the safety of persons and goods: video surveillance image, collected in the public areas of our restaurants.
20. The personal data processed by 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. is collected through the present website, by telephone, by e-mail or in person in the restaurant establishments, directly from the data subject and after exclusive initiative from the same.

21. Whenever personal data is provided to 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. by a person other than the data subject (for example, when the reservation is not made by the data subject, but at the data subject’s request and on the data subject’s behalf), the person providing the personal data declares to have the legal powers to carry out such acts and fully represent the data subject, under penalty of being held responsible for any and all damages caused by its conduct, and is also obliged to inform the data subject of these Terms and Conditions.

The personal data processed by 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. is collected and processed to provide the contracted service, to respect customer preferences, to ensure customer safety and health conditions, to ensure invoicing and payment for the contracted service and to carry out marketing communications.

The processing of the personal data identified above is lawful as it is essential for the execution of legal and contractual obligations, for the protection of vital interests of the data subject, for the purposes of the legitimate interests of 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. and, when applicable, is subject to the data subject’s consent.
24. The legitimate interests of 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A., as the data controller, include the effective and safe management of the restaurant establishments and the provision of an excellent service, respecting the preferences of guests and customers.
25. The provision of certain personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number, taxpayer number and address) is a requirement in order to allow for the table reservation and invoicing, while the remaining data is provided on a voluntary basis.

26. 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. does not use personal data for the purpose of subjecting the data subject to a decision taken solely on the basis of the automated processing of personal data, producing legal effects concerning the data subject or significantly affecting the data subject.

27. 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data it is responsible for processing, through technical, organizational and security measures which include data encryption; secure and authenticated accesses which are segmented by access levels; adequate mechanisms to ensure the confidentiality, availability and resilience of the information and recovery systems in case of incidents; implementation of procedures and internal policies applicable to data processing operations; training and awareness of all employees in contact with personal data, among other measures.
28. 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. does not share personal data with third parties, with the exception of the following situations:
a) Personal data transmitted to data processors that are essential to the provision of the hotel and restaurant services (not exclusively, but including reservation management, customer management, customer contact management, financial and accounting management, invoicing, provision of restaurant services, customer contact, CCTV and execution of payments);
b) Personal data transmitted to the Tax Authority (AT), within the scope of the legal obligations of 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A.
29. 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. only hires processors that offer sufficient guarantees to carry out adequate technical and organizational measures and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject, under the terms of the applicable legislation.
30. Due to the use of processors located outside the European Union, 919 BY E&B PORTUGAL, S.A. may transfer personal data to countries that are not members of the European Union and, in such cases, will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place (including by way of contracting through the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission) so that the data subject has enforceable rights and effective legal remedies.
